Cooling Fan Stayed On When Car Was Shut Off, Car Restarted, Fan Not Working Now.

Shut my car off after a 60km distance drive, the cooling fan was still of with the car off, but wasn't overheated. when i restarted the car while the fan was on, the fan shut off and hasn't worked since, this has been about 4 months now.

Check the COOLING FAN fuse in the engine compartment fuse block is located on the driver’s side of the vehicle. Lift the cover to check the fuses.
