How Do You Remove The Rear Break Drum

the rear break drum will not move

There is a metal tab on the brake drum backing plate. You break that off with a hammer and screwdriver. That will give you access to a star wheel that is adjustable. You can turn it with a screwdriver to get the brake shoes to loosen up their grip on the drum. You may need a flashlight to see the wheel. Not sure if you turn it up or down, but it will eventually loosen the shoes. You may need to tap the screwdriver with a hammer to get the star wheel moving. They can rust and  it might take some effort to move it. 

Here's a blowup of what your rear brakes should look like. Notice the tab that you can break out at the bottom of the backing plate. Also, part number 16 is the star wheel.
