How To Remove A Door Interior Panel On A 2002 Pontiac Bonneville?

my electric window buttons will not raise or lower my window on the rear right passenger side.  i can hear the  motor sound, so i believe the rod, cable or some other kind of connector has come loose from the glass. i want to get to the inside portion of the interior panel, but i don't want to break anything. please advise.
