Locate The Breakers On A Pontiac Aztek 2001gt

My passenger side high beam is out and it seem there is no  electricity to the bulb. The problem seems to be in the electrical harnes. I'm wondering if maybe a breaker is off. but I can;r find the breaker s. Where are they?
