Its hard to say without seeing the car really but I can offer two educated guesses that are pretty easy to check.  You may have a bad strut in the rear. Push down on each corner of the car. It should just come back up with no bouncing. The other thing I would say is a posibility could be that one or more bushing on the rear sway bar is worn out and crumbling/crumbled away. You can look and see what the condition of the bushings are. They are just urathane sleeves around the swaybar to cushion the mounts. That would make a metal on metal squeel when the weight shifts from side to side. (such as taking off from or slowing down to turn sharply into or out of a driveway.) Like i said those are just my best guesses based on the question but they are possible and easy to check.
