How Do You Replace A Flasher.

If you're talking about the turn signal flasher, there is a panel under the steering wheel.  Two phillips screws along the top and two screws along the bottome need to be removed.  After carefully removing the panel, the flasher is located on the right side (see picture).  I just replaced mine, which was easier than I thought.
