Power Wheels Steering Wheel Fluid

can you please please tell me where is the power steering fluid located so I can refill my power steering wheel fluid because I smoke I cant seem to find it where is located on my Bonneville Pontiac Bonneville year 1998 Please help and one more quick question is there a recall for anything about the power steering fluid and if so if my car is a 1998 am I still qualify if it is a recall Thanks
