I Need Help

My radio went out in my transport and so did my cigarettle lighter how can i fix it i use the cigarette port to charge my phone and tablet it was working fine on sunday, monday i didnt drive the van anywhere and on my to work tuesday i niticed it wouldnt charge my phone or tablet
