Locate Turn Signal Flasher Unit

It should be located under the dash, on the right side of the steering column. You'll have to remove the panel under the steering column to gain access to it. The flasher may be tied up in place, so you will have to look up there with a flashlight to spot it. 

I have added a photo of what it looks like. It might be silver, but it could also be yellow or clear. It should have the number "552" on it and it will have "20 AMP MAX" on the top of it.
