Nonfunctioning Frame

Hello! I just received a gift of a Polaroid 10in digital frame IDF 1020. I inserted 2 SD cards w/ pictures on it and when the frame is powered on, the name "Polaroid" is on and does not load the pictures. I have turned it off and on, reinserted both SD cards and pulled apart and reassembled the cable cords. Any ideas on what can be wrong?
