Xs20 Does Not Want To Switch On

I have charged the battery till the red LED went of. inserted a memory card. If i puch the power button the LED's in the front flash on and of then nothing. Hold it in for 2 seconds. Did everything according to the manual but it does not work. Loaded the CD driver on the computer still nothing. What am i missing

Try cleaning the battery contacts on both the camera and battery

If the battery was drained please try the instructions below

remove the battery

insert the charger without the battery

press and hold the power button for 15-20 sec

insert the battery and try it again.

if still nothing' then you must see a technician/take it back to the shop if still under warranty.
