Update Didn't Work.

I can no longer play pokerstars since it asked for an update.  It says to use the express download but I couldn't find that.  I usually have to take my computer to a service place to download because my internet service is so slow.  However, I do want to keep my current account because I do have  a lot of play money.  You will have my E Mail address, my playname is Foxielady.  What should I do to get going again??
