Why In Heck Can't I Get Canasta, World Class Solitaire.ea Help.com Useless!!!

I HAVE BEEN A PAYING MEMBER FOR 10 YEARS.  I AM HANDICAPPED AND POGO IS THE ONLY PLEASURE I HAVE!  THIS IS MY ONLY DAILY OUTLET AND THE OUTAGE HAS GONE ON FOR 3 WEEKS!  CALLING YOU IS EQUALLY USELESS!  HELP !  HELP! [email protected]
