You don't have access to your pogo account, to update your account you need to be logged in. To reset your password you need the email address that is associated to your pogo account. I suggest you reset the password of your old email address then you will be able to reset your pogo account password.

To solve this you need to contact help center' there is nothing we can do since we are not even linked to pogo.com.

You will have to speak with an EA Customer Experience at http://help.origin.com.
1. Click "CONTACT US" at the bottom of this page
2. Input Product as "Origin", Category and Platform
3. Then you can select "CALL ME", "LIVE CHAT" and "EMAIL ME".

You need to wait a few minutes untill "LIVE CHAT" is available . The remain time shows in the below of "LIVE CHAT" .

You also can get live chat in Origin. After you login Origin, please select "Help" -> "Origin Help". Then click "LIVE CHAT".[/quote]
