After 11 years I am about to cancel my subscription. I can't play any of Pogo I"ve DL an updatedJava Not sure what iy can be as I also have the flash Player.................any help is appreciated~~

If all else fails, look to Pogo. A Pogo rep will call you, if you submit the form at http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=pogo.... If necessary, resubmit here with more specifics. (At what point are you stopped from playing? What do you see? Error messages?)

If it might be a browser issue:

1. Clear your cache. You'll find specific instructions for your particular browser at http://www.refreshyourcache.com/. Clearing cookies also could help, so you may want to do both. If the problem is not solved...

2. Restart your computer. If the problem is not solved...
