Contact Pogo/EA and tell them that if they cannot provide the service you paid for to refund your money.  They will refuse but try to resolve the issue with them first anyway. 

If you paid within the past 30 days or past 60 days, you can contact your bank or credit card company and tell them that you did not get the service that you paid for and see if they will remove the charges since many banks and credit card companies offer consumer protection for either 30 days or 60 days depending on the bank.

If you have tried those to no avail, file formal complaints against EA/Pogo with the state attorney general, the Better Business Bureau online, and the FTC online.  In your formal complaints, be very detailed about exactly how you were defrauded, and include the steps you took to try to correct the issue through Pogo customer service before you filed your formal complaint so that they will see that you tried to correct the issue with the company to no avail.  Both the BBB and the FTC accept online complaints, and the FTC even accepts anonymous complaints. 

While the FTC says that it does not handle individual complaints, they log ALL complaints, and if enough consumers who are being defrauded report to them, they can open an investigation. 

Perhaps if enough of the people who feel that they are being defrauded by paying EA/Pogo for a service that they can no longer provide will file formal complaints, then maybe those agencies will get involved.
