Forgot Pogo Password. Tried To Reset, But New Pw Doesn't Work Either

There is an article on Pogo's parent company, EA for recovering a password or screen name. It can be found on the following website:
https://help.ea.com/article/i-forgot-my-pogo-or-club-pogo-screen-name-or-password
They also list steps for contacting them for assistance with screen name or password issues if you continue to have problems. Good luck.
