Charge On My Debit Card

i have not played pogo atleast a year and my account charge was renewed without asking me. I want charge to be taking off of my debit card. It was charged March 10th 2015, amount 39.99

I would suggest you dispute the charge with your Bank. Pogo has no phone support, you can go here for their help page.

Please contact one of pogo Game Advisors for assistance with your refund. Remember to log into the Help Center using your Pogo user name and password.
