Marjorie cotton my screen name is sweetbabydoll50 i cann't get into the club pogo game and i want to know why i saved my password so when i sign in i could go right to the game its telling me it don't match my screenname i have invested in alot of tokens not trying to lose them i tried the forgot password its not even sending to my email to restore my email is [email protected] i really hope you can fix this problem its just not fair i love this sight and want to play my games please tell me what i need to do or what u r going to to do to fix this problem because its not me its pogo

It is possible that your account was hacked, particularly if your password was not a secure password. Try to make your passwords secure by making them 16 characters long and make them a combination of Uppercase letters, Lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, and something completely random (not anything in the dictionary). If someone did figure out your password or hack your account or get access to it, they might have been able to change your email address that was listed on your account so that when you click for them to email you a password reminder, it goes to their email instead. I don't know if this is what happened to your account, but it is possible. If that is what happened to you, then the only one who can help you with it is Pogo Customer Service, and Good luck trying to reach them! One other note about your question is that it is never a good idea to share your sign in name and email addresses publicly like that, and especially never ever post your password to anyone.
