You may want to review the steps for correctly cancelling your Club Pogo Subscription here which should have avoided the recurring charge to your card on file.
Once reviewed, you can choose the Live Chat option, as available only to Club Pogo Members for contacting support. You must be logged in with your Pogo username and password to use this feature, located on the upper right of your screen.
Lastly, you can use the following option to submit your issue online and you should receive a phone call from a support rep to assist with your issue.
Support Representative/Game Advisor
Once at the link, enter your question, Ignore any answers that may appear on your screen during the 'Contact Us' process until you come to the page showing a form to submit, which lets you enter your issue and the number you can be called on. Then a Customer Support Representative/Game Advisor is suppose to call the number you provided to assist. However, this can be anywhere from a few minutes to an hour, or longer. depending on where you are in the queue.
