I'm Trying To Get Into My Playstation Account Thru Psp N Cant

ive been trying to log into my playstation account thru my psp and it keeps saying incorrect id email or password... i changed it three times thru the email sent to me and still keep getting the same error... i even tried resetting psp to default settings and stilllllllllll i cannot access it and keep getting the same error.... everything works fine thru my ps3 and even thru the playstation site.... i can sign in thru everythingggg except my psp and im annoyeddddd.... pleasee help.... i waited soo long while the service was down.... and i appreciate the two free game downloads youve given me... however i cannot enjoy them because i cannot access it thru my psp please help or please call me.. ive called waited on hold for over 25 min and got hung up on or called dropped im just frusterated already so please helpppp meeeeee.... can you help me or call me 908-494-2840... im on the verge of slamming my psp or attempting to flush it down the toilet.... so i beg for your help oh mighty playstation support dude or dudette.....   yours truly....
