I Have A Playstation 3 320 Gb/go With A Code Can You Help

I bought the game need for speed MOST WANTED at walmart. and entered the free downloads and went to play and after game started it pulled up a screen that said game will shut off when started again. had a code #80022D11. can you help me please? what did I do or what did happen?
