How Do I Solve Disconnection Problem To Iphone4

I just bought this headset and paired it with my new iPhone 4. It constantly disconnects and reconnects while I have my phone in my pocket not 12 inches from the headrest. Also, callers complain they are missing every other word I say until I switch to the handset, then all clear
