Savi Go With Dragon Medical 10.0
Hi,
We recently purchased a number of Savi Go headsets to use with Dragon Medical 10.0 with Windows XP. We are having difficulty with the headsets recoginzing anything. They pass the Sound and Quality tests but when it comes to dictation they will sometimes work and most othertimes return a from dragon (the sound bar is moving to indicate that they hear the sound). Is there a known issue with XP? Are there updated drivers that would help us. It has been mentioned to us to return the Savi Go units in exchange for the Plantronics SAVI 440.
