Sync Plt M20 To Samsung S3
My phone is scanning but it will not pick up my earpiece. What do I need to do?

Start by deleting the headset out of the phone. If you can, remove the battery from your phone for several seconds and re-attach, and once your phone reboots, try pairing the headset back up to your phone to see if that resolves your issue. If it doesn't, try pairing the headset with another phone to see if the issue is the headset or the phone. If the headset is the culprit, you need to contact the vendor for warranty assistance (if it's within the 1 year warranty period).
