Cannot Hear Anything Through The Headset (duoset H141n)

Hi,I'm using AVAYA 9608G deskphone in the office. I have bought a DuoSet H141N headset and a QD CABLE 26716-01 recently. I connected it to my phone follow the user manual, but when I press the headset button on the phone I cannot hear anything through the headset. Could anyone please help me with this issue?Thanks,Emily
