Feedback
people on the phone line get massive feedback when I use my wireless CS361N headset. Is there a setting I can adjust to fix this?

On the bottom of the base is the major adjustment for your microphone/speaking volume. You will find A (The lowest) through D (The loudest). When you have feedback, it usually means the microphone is to loud. Turn to a lower setting and hopefully that resolves the feedback.
If it doesn't fix the feedback, you may also find the base is not on the correct compatibility setting. On the side of the base is a dial from 1 to 4. Turn the dial through all four setting until you find the optimal sound.
