Fh-x820bs Unit. Cd Wont Load

Ejected And Removed Cd From Unit To Replace It With Other Cd. It Wont Load And There Are No Error Cods. Unit Is A Month Old. Whats The Problem

If this player is not loading the disk so it means that's the issue is merely related with the lens of this device its not working or reading the data which is on the disk. To resolute the problem you must replace this player at the place of purchase if the issue is related with the lens so there is no way out for us to troubleshoot it.
