Address Book Not Displaying Name Of Caller

I recently had to replace the battery in my car, and of course most of my settings had to be redone. I have downloaded my address book from my phone into my Pioneer unit, but it is not working as before. Prior to the battery going dead it used to display the name of the caller as well as the phone number. Now it only displays the phone number with no name whatsoever. I have attempted to clear the history and re-download, delete the phone and pair again then download the address book again, and still nothing. I tried to read the PDF for the owners manual but I didn't see anything that applied to this issue. Can you help?
