Radio Won't Turn On
I got a new car battery installed, and ever since then, my Pioneer DEH-1300MP won't turn on at all...I don't know much about cars or electronics, and somebody told me to check the fuse, but I have no idea what I'm doing.

From your description I am pretty sure the radio is locked. You'll need to look up your manual booklet and there should be a little card with a (four ?) digit key. There should be instructions in there on how to enter it and the radio should unlock. If you don't have the key code you will have to get in contact with a dealer and they should be able to help you out. If the radio came with the car you should contact a dealer of the make of the car (i.e. Ford, Mitsubishi...) - fairly easy with the information on your V5 depending on the make of the car. Otherwise contact the manufacturer of the radio.
The purpose of this locking mechanism is to deter people from stealing your radio. It gets activated when the radio looses continuous power (par example if someone takes it out) so removing the car battery will cause this locking too.
