I Have Had My Pioneer Avic-x940bt For Three Years Everything Has Been Great. I G

I have had my pioneer avic-x940bt for three years no problems. I get in my car today and there is no sound. My amp is on for my subs. But no sound anywhere. It's not on mute and it's turned up but no sound. Does anybody have an idea of what is going on

The amp wire in the harness is in the wrong place, there is a how to on installing pioneer head unit. U have to move the one pin, I just soldered the pink wire on cars harness to the blue white wire.
