Problems With Downloading Music
I just purchased today the philips go gear mp3 player and I cannot figure out how to download music into the player. I have set up as the much as the limited instructions have instructed me to (and there are only pictures no words), and I have yet to be able to transfer my music from my computer to the mp3 player. Please help me as soon as you can, I really dont want to have to return this item. thank you.
