Is This Photo Frame Model Number Cd1ad716000064 Compatible With Windows 7

I am having trouble installing the program for this photo frame.  I also could not get anything from my canon memory card to show up.  The photo frame works well with the installed pictures.  I am trying to install new pictures. I am wondering if it is obsolete and not compatible with windows 7
