Help With Broken Bobbin Feed On My Pfaff Smart 200c Digital Sewing Machine.

Any tips out there on fixing the bobbin feed? The mechanixal part that pulls the thread seems to not be working. I took the cover off and cleaned it but that didn't help. If you try to "sew", nothing happens because the bobbin thread doesn't move so the needle thread has nothing to make the stich with.
