Machine is making a high pitched sound while sewing

There are several things to check if the machine is making a noise.

1. Check the bobbin area for any dust, lint or pieces of thread caught in the race.

- Remove the any dust, lint or thread.

- Go to How to clean and install the bobbin area for more information.

3. Upper threading is incorrect.

- Check the steps for threading the machine and re-thread the machine.

- Go to How to thread the machine for more information.

4. Check for scratches on the race.

- Replace the race, or consult your authorized dealer.

Thanks
