Pfaff Creative Sensation Pro

I have trouble with my machine many times trying to get it calibrated. I press the icon for calibrate and it seems to be frozen. I tried to see machine menu and the second machine on the sceen I cannot open to see calibrate. I am so frustrated with this machine that cost me $10,000. I hope you can help me as I have a lot of baby embroidery to do.Thank you
