Hi. If all else proves to be running, then this will have to be an electronic failure in the part of the LCD or its complementary circuitry. In which cases professional service will be required. Unfortunately, this kind of an issue does not appeared covered in the end-user 'Problems and Solutions' section of the machine model's manual.
