Unable To Turn The Wheel Lift The Needle

I can not sew because I can not lift the needle. The wheel can not turn, only the inner whhel turns. I have several other machines, but this one was given to me and I do not have a manual.

You need to remove the bobbin and hook case and clean out any lint or thread. The needle may be bent and needs to be replaced.
