I Don't Understand Why You Can't Just Answer The Questions.

I'm not very computer literate and I don't understand. I have the same bartshell question as a lot of other people. no one has answered it in like a year? Hopefully PeoplePC knows the answer, so why not just tell us. Do we have to guess? Isn't that what we pay you for? Explain this to me.
