How Do I Transfer Money From My Paypal Account To A Friends Bank Account?

I can't activate my PayPal card because I don't have a bank account. Can I still send money from my account to a friends bank account?

The person who has a PayPal account can send a *Request Money* to your email address, and you can follow a link within that and send them some money.
