Vendor Sent Wrong Item And Refuses To Answer Email

You processed a payment to a Ray Jang Lee for 2 each camera USB cables. He sent the wrong ones camera ends will not fit too large. I need for him to replace theese with the right ones. He will not answer email requests. My only alternative is to refuse payment . thomas [email protected]

Instead of phoning PayPal's 800 support number, go to this special page after logging in: www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_contact-phone.
Upon phoning the number on that page, do not try to respond intelligently to the robot, but instead say the word SPOOF, repeatedly if necessary.
