Wrong Email

A person sent money to a different email then what my account email is, said that we are suppose to respond to except it

If the remitter sent money via PayPal to an address you gave him, then you are responsible even if that address was wrong. If however it was the remitter's error, you are not responsible.

Be careful and do not respond until you know exactly what happened. Your response could be interpreted as an implicit acceptance of the payment - for all you know, the payment could have gone right back to the buyer at another email address. Do you know what the "wrong" address is? Is it very similar to yours? Did you give the buyer the wrong address in an email (which you would be able to document)? If it's your mistake, you can contact PayPal to straighten it out. If it's the buyer/remitter's mistake, you can have him/her contact the "wrong" email and request a refund, then send the money to the correct email address (yours).
