Made Purchase 2 Weeks Ago. Paypal Has Not Requested Payment Yet. Why?
I do not want deferred payment with interest. Merchandise has arrived, but not paypal has not shown up at bank?????

You need to phone PayPal customer support.
Here's the quckest way to get through:
- Instead of phoning PayPal's 800 support number, go to this special page after logging in:
www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_contact-phone. - Upon phoning the number on that page, do not try to respond intelligently to the robot, but instead say the word SPOOF, repeatedly if necessary.
