Card On File By Another Customer

I HAVE TRIED TO CONNECT WITH NEW ACCOUNT TO PAY PAL USING MY CREDIT CARD DUE TO CHANGING MY E MAIL ACCOUNT FROM NET.INS TO HUGHES.NET.THE COMPUTER TELLS ME ANOTHER CUSTOMER HAS THE SAME CREDIT CARD. IT IS PROBABLY ME WITH ANOTHER INTERNET CARRIER.

If you have an old PayPal account with the same credit card, you need to use that account and not try to set up a new one. Log into your old account and then go to this page to edit your email info. Then click "Add" (lower right of page), to add your new email address. Use the same form to make that the primary email.

You can simply add another credit card to your PayPal account instead of setting up a whole new account or trying to reconfigure the old one. All you have to do is login to your PayPal account and click on Profile/Add or Edit Credit Card.
