Will They Ask Me To Give Them My Visa Card Number By Email
I got an email asking me to log into paypal and update my information. As soon as I logged into Paypal, it took me to a page and asked me to complete my Visa card number ending in XX59.
Is this really paypal or has my account been compromised.

Look at the source code. (See your browser Help for how.) If the page starts with https://www.paypal.com/, you're okay. If not, it's a fake.
Alternatively, cou can just phone PayPal (888-221-1161) and ask.
