Uniblue Powersuite 2011

I have recently purchased a Uniblue Powersuite (invoice 23744621) but have not been able to activate it I have contacted Uniblue by e-mail several times but could not resolve the problem--I therefor wish to cancel this and have the payment returned--Thank you- Harold Hinkens

I had a problem with a Uniblue registry repair software that promised to fix my registry problems. It did not fix my problem. I contacted them, gave my explanation, and they promptly returned my money. Suggest you do the same.

You might try Zone Alarm by checkpoint. I'm real happy with their products, no problems. Rokcney

Pay pal does not handle the returns portion of things. That would be done through the company you purchased the item from. Paypal only handles the payment and return of payment but they cannot do that unless they have a return of payment from the vendor.
