Goods Not Received L Need A Refund. You Have Taken The Money From My Account.

We're an independent help site, not PayPal, but PyPal's Purchase Protection should get your money back. Your best course is to phone PayPal customer support, and here's the quickest way: Instead of phoning PayPal's 800 support number, go to this special page after logging in:

Calling PayPal is a gigantic hassle. Just login to your account at http://paypal.com and click on Resolution Center at the top. It will walk you through the process and you'll get a result much faster. This is what they'll tell you to do anyway, if you call them and wait on hold for half an hour.
