No Signal From Hdmi Inputs
Tv went out after a storm. TV powers on but says no signal at all HDMI inputs. We have direct tv which works on wireless boxes. The tv was connected through surge protector which says the protect light is on. It appears the tv channels are working since snow appears for few seconds after changing channels. No other devices works on these inputs. I have no schematic. What do I need to look out for and how to troubleshoot this issue?

I had exactly the same fault happen to me. It was a regulator chip on the logic board which supplies power to the HDMI circuit. Unless you can find a repairer capable of replacing this minute chip on the main board a new board is needed. I ended up buying a S/H one from an auction site which was cheaper than a new TV. Cost around 100 UK pounds.
