To format your Panasonic SDRH20's storage drive, it is better to format it using your computer system rather using the camera. Please follow the steps below for more detailed instructions.
1. Connect the USB data cable of your camera to your computer
2. Click Start/Windows logo
3. Open My Computer/Computer
4. Locate the drive for your Panasonic SDRH20 camera
5. Right click that drive
6. Click Format
7. Click OK to confirm the format
8. Wait for a few seconds until the format is completed
