How Do I Get The Screen Off And Replace The Light?

The lamp is located in the bottom rear, not through the screen. This lamp is still under warranty and NOT CUSTOMER REPLACEABLE. You need to contact Panasonic about having a technician come out to repair this problem. http://shop.panasonic.com
